All used parts have been clean, sanatized, and hand inspected before being added to the store. That said, things can get missed, and while I try to remove any bricks that have been heavily played with or damaged, something might get through. If any used parts you buy from me are damaged or excecively play with let me know within 24 hours of reciving the shipment and I will do what I can to correct the problem. All parts listed as new are personally removed from factory sealed sets. We do not differentiate part variations. All orders are shipped in either a padded envelope, padded box, or USPS priority flat rate box depending on shipping method. All like pieces will be packaged together. All payment information is not shared or saved. Credit cards are accepted through Paypal or Stripe. Order cancellations accepted through ready status. Returns must be in a new or unused condition. All returns must have a prior authorization and must be returned at your expense within 7 days. Original shipping is not refundable and there will be a 15% restocking fee.
